 ಗಣಕೀಕರಣ:ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತ 1998ರಿಂದ ಈ ದಿನದವರೆಗೆ ಜನನ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಣಕೀಕೃತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು ನಾಗರೀಕರು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಜನನ-ಮರಣ ನೊಂದಾಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಹರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೆವೆ.ಹಾಗೂ ಇದರ ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

  COMPUTERIZATION:  We are very happy to intimate the citizens of Gubbi Town that we have computerizies the Birth and Death certificates from 1998 to till date under state Government KMRP computerization scheme,from now onwards citizens are requested to visit the office for registration and getting of Birth and Death Certificates by paying service fee.Citizens are requested to make use of this facility.

  ಘನತ್ಯಾಜತ್ಯವಸ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ :ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ 17ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಬೀದಿ ಕಸ ಗುಡಿಸುವುದು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ 17ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಇಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ಕಸದ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯ ತೊಟ್ಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಕಸವನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಮುಖೇನ ಕಸವನ್ನು ಗುರುತುಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಗಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ .ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂದ ಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಯಾವುದಾದರು ದೂರುಗಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವುದು ದೂ:(08131-222540). 

 Solid Waste Management: Solid Waste Management in 17 wards has been outsourced. It includes street sweeping and waste transportation and 17 wards has been maintained by ulb and this 17 wards contains seperate dustbin and this waste collection is dumped on to a particular place with the help of ULB's Tractor.
